Single-Shaft Shredding System – Model LRK & Model VR |

Generally used for plastics and in-house recycling and volume reduction Used mainly for recycling paper, higher volume plastics, document/data and wood (pallets, crates and wood waste). |

During Shredding a hydraulically operated and load controlled feeder system pushes material against a rotor that includes changeable insets and shreds the material against cutting bars. |

The cutting discs are arranged so that one cutting disc on one shaft is positioned between two cutting discs on the opposite shaft, producing shredding both lengthways and crossways. |
